[입장]

*본 행사는 초대장을 받으신 고객만 입장 가능하며, 입장 시 예약 확정 바코드를 반드시 제시해 주셔야 합니다.

*행사 운영 및 보안을 위해 지참하신 소지품(가방, 카메라, 핸드폰, 아우터 등)은 입장 전 지정된 보관 장소에 반드시 보관해 주셔야 합니다.

*음식 및 음료 반입이 제한되며, 대기 줄에서도 보관이 어려우니 입장 전 처리 후 방문 부탁드립니다.

*행사장 내 캐리어 및 유모차 반입은 불가합니다.

*만 13세 미만 아동과 반려동물은 입장이 불가합니다.

*재입장은 원칙적으로 불가합니다. 다만, 경우에 따라 현장 상황에 맞추어 기존 예약고객 입장 후 안내해 드릴 수도 있습니다.

*세션 종료 30분 전부터 입장이 제한됩니다.

*퇴장 시, 구매 수량 최종 확인을 위한 Bag Check이 진행됩니다.

*행사장을 떠나기 전 맡기신 소지품을 반드시 확인하시기 바라며, 개인 물품의 분실 및 파손에 대해서 책임지지 않습니다.

 

[사진 및 정보 공유] 

*행사 정보 및 판매 제품은 소셜 미디어 업로드가 금지됩니다. 

*위반 시 구매 취소와 함께 향후 행사 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다. 

 

[제품 관련 안내] 

*모든 제품은 국내 본사 및 공식 유통사로부터 직접 제공받은 "있는 그대로" 판매되며, 일부 구성품(부품/액세서리 등)이 누락될 수 있습니다.

*가격은 행사 기간 중 변동될 수 있으며, 이미 결제된 주문에 대해서는 변경된 가격으로 소급 적용이 불가합니다.

*구매한 상품은 교환, 반품, 환불 및 A/S가 불가하며, 어떤 경우에도 재판매는 허용되지 않습니다

*수선은 고객 본인이 직접 진행해야 하며, Baby Dior 및 Fendi Kids 매장에서는 지원하지 않습니다.

*구매하신 상품의 재판매는 개인 거래를 포함한 어떠한 형태로도 엄격히 금지됩니다.

 

[구매 및 결제]

*제품 홀딩은 불가하며, 구매 결정시 즉시 전액 결제가 필요합니다.

*구매 한도: 행사장에 게시된 안내를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

*참석자 본인 명의의 신용카드 또는 체크카드 1장으로만 결제 가능하며, 현금 결제 및 분할 결제는 불가합니다.

*결제 단계에서 카드 한도 증액 요청 전화는 불가하므로, 방문 전 카드 한도 확인 부탁드립니다.

 

[일반 조항]

*이용약관 미준수 시, 사전 안내 없이 퇴장을 요청할 수 있습니다.

*규정 위반 시 본 행사 및 향후 행사 참여가 영구 제한될 수 있습니다.

*OnTheList는 행사 도중 언제든지 제품 판매를 제한하거나 중지할 수 있는 절대적인 권한을 가집니다.

*OnTheList는 행사장 입장, 결제, 제품 판매 및 이와 관련한 모든 분쟁에 대해 최종 결정을 내릴 권한을 가집니다.

 

※ 본 이용약관에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있으며, 미동의 시 행사 및 관련 이벤트 참여가 제한됩니다.

[Entry]

*Entry is permitted only to guests who have received an invitation, you must present the barcode sent via email at the event entrance. 

*For event operations and security purposes, all personal belongings (bags, cameras, mobile phones, outerwear, etc.) must be stored in the designated storage area before entry.

*Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue, please finish or discard them before joining the queue.

*Suitcases/luggage /strollers are not permitted inside the venue.

*Children under the age of 13 and pets are not permitted to enter the event.

*Re-entry is not permitted in principle. However, depending on on-site conditions. 

*Entry will be restricted starting 30 minutes before each session ends.

*Bag Check will be conducted upon exit to verify final purchased quantities.

*Please ensure that you collect all stored belongings before leaving the venue. OnTheList and event staff will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.

 

[Photo & Information Sharing] 

*Uploading event information or product images to social media is strictly prohibited.

*Violation may result in cancellation of purchases and future event participation restrictions.

 

[Product Information]

*All products are provided directly from the official domestic headquarters or authorized distributors and are sold “as is”, some components (parts/accessories, etc.) may be missing.

*Prices may change during the event; retroactive price adjustment for already completed payments is not available.

*Exchanges, returns, refunds, A/S (after-sales service), and resale of purchased products are not permitted under any circumstances.

*Repairs must be handled directly by the customer and cannot be supported at Baby Dior & Fendi Kids boutiques.

* Reselling of items, through any channel including informal/personal means are strictly forbidden.

 

[Purchase & Payment]

*Product holding is not allowed; once you decide to purchase, full payment must be made immediately.

*Purchase limits: please refer to the on-site notice.

*Payment is only accepted with one credit or debit card under the attendee’s name. Cash payments and split payments are not permitted.

*Card limit increase requests cannot be made during payment, please check your card limit beforehand.

 

 [General Terms]

*Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the venue without prior notice.

*Violation of regulations may result in permanent restrictions from this and future events.

*OnTheList reserves the full right to restrict or discontinue product sales at any time during the event.

*OnTheList has complete authority to make final decisions regarding entry, payment, product sales, and all disputes arising from the event.
