[입장]
* 온라인 세션 접속은 동시간대에 한 기기로만 접속이 가능하여, 다른 기기로 접속하시면 마지막으로 사용한 기기에서 자동 로그아웃이 되어 세션이 만료됩니다.

* 본 행사는 초대장을 받으신 분들만 입장이 가능하며, 다른 직원을 포함한 다른 사람에게 초대장을 판매 또는 양도하는 행위는 금지됩니다. 

 

[사진 및 정보 공유] 

* 행사 정보 및 판매 제품은 모든 소셜 미디어 업로드가 금지됩니다. 

* 위반 시 구매 취소와 함께 향후 행사 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다. 

 

[제품 관련 안내] 

* 모든 제품은 국내 본사 및 공식 유통사로부터 직접 제공받은 "있는 그대로" 판매되며, 일부 구성품(부품/액세서리 등)이 누락될 수 있습니다.
* 얼룩, 부속 탈락, 일부 데미지 (어깨 뜯김, 스크러치, 가죽 주름 및 갈라짐, 발란스 이상, 패키징 손상 및 누락)를 모두 포함합니다.
* 부품/액세서리가 누락되어 있을 수 있으며 추가 부속 오더 등의 서비스 제공은 불가합니다.

* 재판매 방지를 위해 모든 상품에는 마킹이 진행됩니다.

* 구매한 상품은 교환, 반품, 환불은 불가하며, 어떤 경우에도 재판매는 허용되지 않습니다. 

* 국내에서 수선이 가능한 범위 내에서 유상청구 되며 수선이 거절될 수 있습니다.

* 가격은 행사 기간 중 변동될 수 있으며, 이미 결제된 주문에 대해서는 변경된 가격으로 소급 적용이 불가합니다.


[결제 및 배송] 

* 제품 홀딩은 불가하며, 구매 결정 시 즉시 전액 결제가 필요합니다.

* 구매 한도: 초대장에 기재된 내용을 기준으로 합니다.

* 최종 판매가는 체크아웃 시 확정됩니다.

* 구매자 본인 명의의 신용카드 또는 체크카드 1장으로만 결제 가능하며, 현금 결제 및 분할 결제는 불가합니다.

* 배송 예상 기간: 결제 완료일로부터 최대 10~20일

* 원화 50,000원 이상의 주문당 국내 무료 배송, 그 이하의 경우 원화 5,000원의 배송료 (도서 산간지역 및 제주자치도의 경우 100,000원 이상 무료 배송, 그 이하 10,000원의 배송료)가 청구됩니다.

* 동일 아이디로 여러 번 주문한 경우, 환경 보호 및 재판매 방지를 위해 합배송으로 진행됩니다. 


[일반 조항] 

* 규정 위반 시 본 행사 및 향후 행사 참여가 영구 제한될 수 있습니다.

* OnTheList는 행사 도중 언제든지 제품 판매를 제한하거나 중지할 수 있는 절대적인 권한을 가집니다.

* OnTheList는 행사장 입장, 결제, 제품 판매 및 이와 관련한 모든 분쟁에 대해 최종 결정을 내릴 권한을 가집니다.

Q1: 구매는 기간 중 한 번만 할 수 있나요? 
A: 카테고리 별 구매 한도 내에서, 판매 기간 동안 여러 번 나누어 구매 가능 합니다.

 

Q2: 장바구니로 넣어 놓은 제품은 언제까지 유지 되나요? 

A: 장바구니 상품 이동이 해당 상품의 재고를 보장하지 않습니다. 먼저 결제하는 다른 사람이 있는 경우, 해당 상품을 구매 할 수 없는 경우가 발생 할 수 있습니다.

 

Q3: 카드 할부 결제가 가능 한가요? 
A: 네 가능합니다. 온라인 결제는 KCP를 이용하며, 신용카드 외 다양한 결제방식을 제공합니다. 카드사별 할부 정책이 상이하므로 자세한 내용은 카드사에 문의 부탁드립니다.  

 

Q4: 구매 확인 메일을 받지 못했습니다. 
A: 구매 확인 메일이 스팸 필터링에 걸리는 경우가 종종 발생합니다. Junk mail 또는 spam notification을 확인 해 주세요.

[Access]

* You can only access the online session with one device at a time. If you log in with another device, you will be automatically logged out from the previous device and the session will expire.

* Selling or transferring the invitation to anyone, including other employees, is strictly prohibited.

 

[Photo & Information Sharing] 

* Uploading event information or product images to social media is strictly prohibited.

* Violation may result in cancellation of purchases and future event participation restrictions.

 

[Products & Pricing]

* All products are provided directly from the official domestic headquarters or authorized distributors and are sold “as is”, some components (parts/accessories, etc.) may be missing.

* It may include stains, missing parts, some damage (such as shoulder tears, scratches, leather wrinkles and cracks, balance issues, packaging damage and missing items).
* Parts/accessories may be missing, and additional parts orders or service provision is not possible.

* All products from the employee sale will be marked to enforce the prohibition of resale.

* Reselling including through personal or unofficial channels, is strictly prohibited.

* No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed.

* Repairs within the scope that can be done locally will be charged and may be refused in some cases.

* Prices may change during the event; retroactive price adjustment for already completed payments is not available.

 

[Payment & Shipment]

* Product holding is not allowed; once you decide to purchase, full payment must be made immediately.

* Purchase limits: please refer to the purchase quota in the invitation. 

* Final sale prices will be determined at checkout.

* Payment is only accepted with one credit or debit card under the invitee’s name. Cash payments and split payments are not permitted.

* Estimated delivery time: within 10-20 days from the date of payment completion.

* Free domestic shipping for orders over KRW 50,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of KRW 5,000 will be charged (for remote areas and Jeju Island, free shipping for orders over KRW 100,000, otherwise a shipping fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged).

* If multiple purchases are made with a single ID, the packaging will be reduced for environmental reasons, and the items will be shipped together to prevent resale.

 

[General Terms]

* Violation of regulations may result in permanent restrictions from this and future events.

* OnTheList reserves the full right to restrict or discontinue product sales at any time during the event.

* OnTheList has complete authority to make final decisions regarding entry, payment, product sales, and all disputes arising from the event.

A: Yes, you can make multiple purchases within the purchase limit per category during the sale period.

 

Q2: How long do items remain in my shopping cart?
A: Placing items in your shopping cart does not guarantee their availability. If another customer completes the purchase first, the items may become unavailable.

 

Q3: Is installment payment available?
A: Yes, installment payments are available. Online payments are processed through KCP, and various payment methods are offered. As installment policies vary by card issuer, please contact your card issuer for details.

 

Q4: I did not receive a purchase confirmation email.
A: Purchase confirmation emails may sometimes be filtered as spam. Please check your Junk mail or spam folder.
